By purchasing any of my art, you are automatically agreeing with these conditions
Please read carefully before commissioning me⬩I accept full payment only via boosty (paypal or account method there)
(please provide the email/username associated with your account)
⬩The payment has to be sent within 24 hours
⬩I will only start working when I've received the full payment
⬩no refunds
⬩You have the opportunity to make one edit at each stage of character creation (3 in total), a fee of $ 5-20 will be charged for further edits
⬩By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon. I (the artist) has the right to use/sell the finished commissions as part of my portfolio/artbook.
⬩I will respect your request for privacy if you'd prefer me not to post your commission publicly.
⬩I will not claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell your project/design for personal or commercial projects
⬩The commercial rights to any type of my work depend on the type of commerce for which it will be used: the usual price (books, games, etc.) is 50-100% of the cost of the above work. ⬩The commissioner may upload the work done for you to your site. Please credit and DO NOT claim it as your own. Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please.
⬩I only draw in my own style and will not draw in another one. To see what kind of work you will get,check my portfolio
⬩The work time depends on the complexity. It usually takes about 3-7 daysCommissioning me means you agree to the terms mentioned.
